We live by this code of conduct to make sure the entire repair process is as simple as possible. After an accident, dealing with the insurance company can be scary. Let us handle your claim! No need to waste your time with the headaches of insurance claims and transactions. Our staff is well versed in the process and highly qualified to handle your insurance claim- from start to finish.

We pride ourselves on our quick and easy insurance claims process. Our management team will work directly with your insurance carrier on your behalf to take care of the hassle for you. All we need from you is a claim number, some information, and a signature. We’ll take care of the rest! We’re here to be your advocate for a safe, worry and hassle-free repair process. It is our goal and motivation to make everything as convenient as possible for our customers.

INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW YOUR CAR... YOUR CHOICE!

  • After a car accident, contact the SHOP OF YOUR CHOICE! They will then set up a tow or schedule an appointment to get your vehicle to the shop.

  • The insurance company is responsible for paying for your repairs as well as the tow bill to the shop of your choice.

  • Check your insurance policy regarding your rental coverage. If you need alternative transportation and have rental coverage, ask the shop to set up the rental for you.  If it found that you were not at -fault, you have the right to alternative transportation until repairs are completed.

  • California law states your only obligation is to choose the shop of your choice and inform the insurance company where the vehicle is going. Your insurance company cannot direct you otherwise.

  • You are not required to have your automobile repaired or appraised in a shop recommended by your insurance company.

  • The insurance company can not require you to take your car to their drive-in claim center.  Once you drop your vehicle off at the shop and the insurance company will schedule an adjuster to come out to review the damage.

  • Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. If you’re not sure why one estimate is different from another you may have received, please ask us.
